Thursday

This is my second video podcast and it deals with some of the places I like to go on Thursdays. For this episode, I decided to use mostly photos to go along with my audio. These pictures are still frames from video, pics from my phone or camera, and from the business' respective websites. The one problem I have is when I am introducing or concluding the topic and not necessarily discussing any particular place. I do not have any specific video to show and I feel that it gets boring showing the same thing for too long. Overall, I feel that this episode turned out good and I created a different type of intro that I hope to be able to reuse in the future. I was surprised that it is a little longer than the previous video I created but I guess thats a good thing. I hope you guys enjoy it!

Hey man, nice job. I really liked the intro...did you use iDVD?! the transition music was great too. I really liked the fast-paced images when leading into the drink specials. Very informative and some of my favorite restaurants. I like it man, no problems and good job!

That was a great opening, it will be a great opening for future podcasts. I liked the shot of cap rock cafĂ©, it added some depth to the video, it let people know what kind of atmosphere to expect. The transitional sound of your footsteps was a good choice. The shots of bars and mix of music before Cujo’s was nice. The video at blue light was a good way to end the pocast.

i really liked the intro, it gave the podcast a professional look. i liked that you used pictures as well. i think it'd be kind of repetitive showing video at the places because its basically people doing the same thing. i wish i would've known you were going to orlando's because my roommate is a waitress there and you could've maybe done an interview or something with her there. but really, i don't think it needs it. good job.

Excellent job with this video podcast. The transitions were really good between the restaurants and bars. Good choice of music and your voice sounded clear throughout the entire podcast. The best part was the transition leading into bars. I liked how you showed visuals of each place mentioned. Great work on this podcast and i look forward to future news about food and drink specials in lubbock.

Nice video podcast. The information was good and the video and photos you used during your narration worked nicely. There was one part of video where there was not much going on and you weren't talking. I would just to fill something in there. Other than that, great work, once again.

Great use of transitions and generally an all-around great podcast. I like the transitional elements, because they really add something extra to the presentation. Keep up the solid work.
